The intimate boardroom adjoining Kashan Country House, is set in natural gardens on the slope of the magnificent Magaliesberg. A short walk from the reception area, ensures an ideal environment for productive conferences or meetings.
The Royal Room is a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art conference facility with sweeping views of the Magaliesberg Range and valley. Comfortably accommodating up to 12 delegates, The Royal Room provides an ideal facility for training and strategy sessions or as a venue for private clubs. There are facilities for Bridge parties too. Whatever your business or private function, The Royal Room and staff at Kashan Country House will ensure that you can conduct your business undisturbed and in comfort.
Should you wish to stay overnight, Kashan Country House provides single accommodation for 12 delegates in Luxury or Standard en-suite rooms. Kashan Country House is renowned for its excellent cuisine and delegates can enjoy individually prepared gourmet meals. All special meal requirements will be specifically catered for.

Double Rate Tariff is not available
This package includes:
- Dinner, Bed & Breakfast
- Buffet Lunch
- Morning & Afternoon tea/coffee
- Venue hire with Standard Equipment: screen, flip chart, whiteboard,
notepads and pens, DVD player and monitor.
- An additional amount of R500 per day is charged for the use of a data projector.
Half Day Conference
Rate for 6 - 12 delegates: R485.00 per person
